Reunite in the Kitchen! 


Although this holiday season is decidedly different than before, cooking together with your loved ones shouldn't change. Even if you can't travel, whether that is across the country or simply down the road, we want to help you all reunite in the kitchen! 

We are offering private lessons throughout November until the first week of December. These lessons are a great way to connect a group of family and friends, who may be near or far, to cook a delicious Sicilian recipe together. 

The lessons are available any day of the week. We will coordinate with you a time that works best for everyone and also decide together on a recipe that is fun for all. We can host up to a maximum of 12 screens (we teach on Zoom) in a private lesson. We will provide a welcome kit with the recipe, a shopping list and any prep work before the class. We will also send out a recording of the class afterwards, so that each of you can reference it later or keep as a cherished holiday memory! 
 

Our private lessons were a big hit in the Spring, and we want to continue facilitating your kitchen connections through the holidays! 


Birthday parties, family gatherings and recipe hunters have been joining us for customized classes. If you are looking for a great way to reunite with family and friends, or simply because there is a recipe you are aching to learn, email us about private lessons!

Join us in the Anna Tasca Lanza kitchen each Saturday and Sunday at 5:30 pm Italian time (11:30 am EST/8:30 am PST) for an online Sicilian Culinary Experience! 
Saturday, November 14 | Mushroom Risotto 
There is nothing we love more than fresh mushrooms in the fall, especially when cooked into a risotto! Learn the tricks and tips to make creamy (not sticky!) risotto all’onda e al dente and impress your family with your cooking skills. We doubt they'll be any, but these leftovers also make for amazing arancine.

Sunday, November 15 | Involtini di Carne
These beef rolls are a staple in the Anna Tasca Lanza kitchen. We teach them to every student and guest that graces our kitchen. Now, we want to bring them to you wherever you may be. Thin slices of beef are wrapped around a sliver of cheese and then layered into a baking dish with slices of bread, onion and bay leaf. Once of out the oven, you have a delightful dinner that also makes for fabulous leftovers!
