The presidential race may be over but we’re at the starting gate for another race that matters even more — the race to save a habitable earth. The Trump administration did everything they could to make the situation worse. They reneged on the Paris Accords, rolled back 100+ environmental rules, and crippled the EPA. We have to reverse these actions and make up for lost time.
President-Elect Joe Biden, a committed environmentalist, has his work cut out for him. But he tends toward compromise which though normally a path to progress on issues, could seal our fate with climate change.
