On-demand interviewing enhances your ability to "meet" talent sooner, remotely, at scale. Guided, conversational prompts and easy recording of responses makes the process simple and convenient for candidates, recruiters and reviewers.
Video or audio recording options are standard. Six off-the-shelf, occupation-specific, multiple-question interviews are ready to use. Custom interview questions are quickly configurable for a nominal service fee. After recording the interview, candidate responses are automatically transcribed to text and delivered (with video or audio recording) back to test administrator for review and scoring. Finally, the scored report may be distributed by email. On-Demand Interview invitations are delivered through the SkillCheck Online Test System (OTS) as are test reports. Just like all other SkillCheck assessments.
On-Demand Interviewing is provided under its own annual license agreement. Pricing is based on volume requirements via SkillCheck test license subscription.
