Hi All

LOST is on duty to provide volunteers for welcoming, beginners' briefing and the all important control collecting tomorrow at Cottesloe.
 
If you can also put in your diary to be available for the Mullaloo event on 23 January, that would be great.  Hopefully we can share out the chores between us so it's not the same people each time.

These events are not necessarily being set by LOST members - tomorrow's event is set by Paul Jarrett - but I have tried to make locations as convenient as possible based on Club area - tomorrow's works better than Mullaloo admittedly.

If a few people can get there early to assist with wlecoming that would be much appreciated.  There are plenty of OWA hi-viz jackets in a variety of sizes so hopefully people wearing one can find one the right size and not have to squeeze in or be swamped by one.

Also someone needs to assist with collecting cash for EOD entries.  Edward and I are away tomorrow so won't be around but Jen will have the credit card machine if you haven't pre-entered the event.

Alan and Moreen will soon have a new email address and are also having issues sending emails at the moment, so communicating availability isn't that easy.  Hopefully you have read Enews this week so this isn't a surprise for you.
