To our Maribyrnong Business Community,

We've made it through another week of eased restrictions with more people out enjoying the glimmers of sunshine whilst also preparing for the festive season.

We are able to move around much more freely now however safety for your staff and customers is still paramount.

The Victorian Government is working to ensure that every business owner in Victoria has a
COVIDSafe Plan in place and understands their responsibilities to keep workers and customers safe.

Businesses are also required to have appropriate signage displayed throughout their business to assist in communicating key messages to staff and customers and ensure customer confidence in safety is achieved.

If you need any assistance during this time, please contact the Economic Development team at business@maribyrnong.vic.gov.au

Best wishes,
City of Maribyrnong Team

Victoria Police will provide an overview of current trends, incidents and statistics and a representative from the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) will also present their insights.

This forum will be a great opportunity for local businesses to ask specific questions about their venue and what is needed to create a safe and enjoyable space for patrons.
