Deadline for Abstracts Extended to December 5th

We're still looking for good papers: Do you have an idea for a paper, but just haven't had time to write up the abstract and draft yet? There is still time!

As coordinator for Track 24 - Simple and Combined Cycles, I am actively seeking papers about gas turbine based power plants.

Did you investigate and/or recover a performance loss recently?
Can you share your experiences on converting to a load-following operating profile?
Are you finding new issues with your aging equipment and would like to solicit industry support for finding resolutions?
Did your recent major outage uncover anything interesting that the industry would benefit from hearing about?
Have you redesigned a component for improved performance?
Has your site considered adding a solar field for 'integrated solar combined cycle' operation?

If you answered "YES" to any of the above, please drop me a note and tell me about it. If you need a co-author to help you write up a paper for the conference and/or support the presentation schedule, I can help you with that as well.

The conference is joint with the ICONE conference this year, so you will see references to the nuclear conference. The ASME Power Division will still be fully represented at the conference.
