Dear QCACS Family,

We are excited to be partnering with the City of Plainfield to offer FREE COVID-19 Testing for all employees, parents and students. 

QCACS will be hosting testing Monday, November 16, 2020 and Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Queen City Academy Charter School. Testing will be held in the gym from 10 am to 7pm on both days.

WHEN: November 16th and 17th, 2020 
             10 AM - 7PM

WHERE: Queen City Academy Charter School (Testing will be held in the gym)
