SCFCS Bradenton and Venice dual enrolled students

Effectively immediately, all campuses of State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) are closed through Thursday, Nov. 11 and all activities including those for sports, music and theatre.

All college classes scheduled to meet virtually on Nov. 12 will continue as originally planned. Students with classes originally scheduled to meet on campus Nov. 12 should check Canvas for instructions from their professors/instructors regarding any expected online activities.

Regular College operations are expected to resume at 8 a.m. Friday, Nov. 13, however SCFCS Bradenton will not have student meal service or school bus transportation on Friday for students.

If students have any connectivity issues due to power outages, please let teachers know as soon as possible. Student absences in Bradenton may be emailed to scfcs@scf.edu. Dual enrolled students should communicate directly with their professors if there are any issues with their classes. Microsoft TEAMs and Outlook may be downloaded onto smart phones to send teachers an email or message.

Please send any questions to scfcs@scf.edu.
