Buhler Wellness News:
Our HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training Class) is up and going again on Monday nights at 7pm. Modifications can easily be made if you are unable to do all of the stations. Therin will walk you through what to do!
Did you know we have a water aerobics class at 7:30am? Great for all ages and levels.

Starting October 1, we will be open a bit more: 10:30am-12:30pm and 3:00pm-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. So that will give you some time during your lunch hour and right after school. Hope that helps! ALSO, the 10-item limit on books and movies per family is being raised to 20 items per family. Hope to see you soon!
