2020 has been a year of difficulties for everyone. By staying resilient, we have been able to develop creative solutions to stay connected with our elders. Our volunteers, donors, and friends have joined us as we continue to fulfill dreams, send cards, distribute heart & soul dream packages, and provide resources for empathic person-centered care.
