Follett will ship your books to the school after our eFair is complete. They will be available for school pick up Dec. 15th &16th.

Yearbook Pictures Needed

This is a different year and we are going to create a unique yearbook filled with content provided by our entire community. The Sagamore Hills Yearbook Staff needs your help. There was no official Turkey Trot this year, but the PTA hopes your Wildcats were moving over the Thanksgiving break. And we'd like to see pictures!!

Library Books Available for Pick-Up

Sagamore Hills Library will be circulating books for students via on-line holds and curbside pick-up! Directions, calendars, and updates will be placed on our Sagamore Hills Website -Media Center Tab-Curbside Pick-Up.

It's easy to place a hold on books through our library catalog Destiny.

*Our Monday/Thursday circulation calendar provides a 2-3-day quarantine period for books.

Be Heard! Sagamore Hills Virtual Suggestion Box

The PTA has created and is monitoring a virtual suggestion box for your comments, ideas, suggestions, or questions. This is an anonymous form, or you can optionally leave your name if you'd like direct follow-up. The PTA will route your comment to the appropriate staff members at Sagamore or handle it directly.

Have you bought your agenda? Be sure to register with Membership Toolkit and Support the PTA

Sagamore Hills is using Membership Toolkit for our online directory and school store for the 2020-2021 school year. Please click on "Membership Toolkit" to confirm your family's contact information and make your online purchases. A folder is required for Kindergarten students. A folder/agenda combo is required for 1st-5th grade students. These purchases, as well as yearbooks from the 2019-2020 school year, will be distributed soon. Teachers will encourage students to use their agendas with virtual learning.

The PTA:
- Provides funding for scholarships
- Sponsors School Events – Sock Hop, Family Movie Night
- Facilitate communication between school administration, teachers, and parents.
What will the PTA do during the virtual portion of the school year?
- Help families fill the gap between county and school resources
- Keep parents connected during this very disconnected time
- Provide funding for teachers in the classroom
- Additional teacher training for virtual learning
You can support the PTA with dues/donations or your time
- We need a VP of Academic on our board
- We always need more English to Spanish translators
- Room parents
