Form 10A Exemptions – New Salary Schedules
In order to ensure proper FAC calculations, please notify LSERS if a new salary schedule is adopted in your parish. Salary increases due to salary schedule changes, step increases, sales tax supplements, and any city/parish-wide increases are exempted from the annual salary limitation; therefore, appropriate reporting on Form 10A will secure an accurate calculation on a member’s monthly retirement benefit.

Annual payment stubs are ready for retirees!
Once a year, all monthly benefit recipients will receive their December payment stubs in the mail. Monthly payment stubs for the entire calendar year may also be accessed and printed via www.lsers.net login. If your retirees need assistance, please instruct them to find a copy from Personal Information (Member Information in new website) > Payment History tab. Questions?
