How is the rapid pace of new technology, the changing political climate, Covid-19, working from home and the gender revolution impacting business, society, you and me? In the midst of disruption how do we trust and put joy into all we do?

Join us as we gather to discuss how to create courageous, inclusive and innovative organizations - organizations that are actively shaping a future in which we all thrive. Let's become aware of our biases and learn how to catch and eventually eliminate them. Every one of us is connected and how you do all you do matters also when you work from home.

We will begin by exploring what the larger trends and changes mean for companies and for women as individuals. We will hear cases from companies and take part in a practical workshop to explore how to create both inclusive careers as well as organizations that are inclusive and that will form a sustainable future, assuring wellness for all.

We will also explore how to overcome the hurdles that prevent us from being ourselves, feeling valued, speaking out and stepping up. What are the meaningful innovations that can stem from a culture of inclusion? We gather to look at best practices and to explore how to accelerate progress.
