Dear Students, Faculty, Staff, Alumni and Friends,

As this unprecedented and eventful year draws to a close, we want to express our sincere appreciation to so many people in so many places! We have faced many challenges and many losses in this past year.

Given these difficulties, I am so very proud of all of our students, faculty, and staff who have shown flexibility, creativity, patience, persistence and grit in the face of never-before faced challenges!

I am also incredibly proud of our alumni, many of whom have been and continue to be on the front line during this COVID pandemic. No one could have foreseen the incredible demands that would be placed on our graduates during this “Year of the Nurse” and you have risen to the challenge so admirably and selflessly! The world is truly seeing the special skill, dedication and caring that nurses exhibit every day and we are so proud of our Rocket Nurses wherever you are!

I am very grateful to our donors, supporters, and friends who have stuck by us during these difficult times and supported us all with their time, support, donations, prayers and good will!

Despite the many challenges this year, we have learned new skills and new ways of relating to each other; have come up with innovative solutions to problems that will continue to benefit us in the future; and developed a new appreciation for the value of family, friends and co-workers and new ways of letting others know how much we care.

To all of you, everywhere, we want to take this opportunity to wish you the Happiest of Holiday Seasons (even though it might be a bit different this year) and a Very Bright, Hopeful, and Blessed New Year!
