Dear Friends of Bay Area Barns and Trails (BABT),
2020 has changed all of our lives. On the bright side, this is a good time to strengthen our connections with nature. Being with our horses, either on the trails or enjoying their company at the barn, is often the best medicine for our current stresses.

Each year BABT provides grants to help support multi-use trails and barns on public lands. These grants ensure that equestrian access to the barns and trails we enjoy remain a part of our lives and the legacy we leave to future generations.

In an increasingly urbanized world BABT needs to refresh its funds to support mixed use trail access and to keep a truly rural flavor to our open spaces. This year, we’re raising funds for Giving Tuesday, December 1, and your gift to Bay Area Barns and Trails can stretch much farther.

Our Board of Directors has taken the initiative to start a fund raising campaign with 100% board contribution to match your donation 1:1! Our goal is to reach $6000. Your gift will help fund BABT’s 2021 Grant cycle.

Please act on your love of open lands, horses, and equestrian activities by contributing to keep horses welcome, understood and a part of the landscape. With your generous financial contribution, BABT can do more to help protect and preserve our equestrian ecosystem – acre by acre – barn by barn – trail by trail!

Thank you for your generosity and for your trust in our work!
Your Gift Will Help Fund Projects Like These!
