Two Things for Tuesday
We typically see a slow down in real estate as the holidays approach. Throw Covid in the mix and it doesn't seem out of the ordinary for sellers to wait to list their home, or agents packing it in and calling it a year. Not my buyers! They are not slowing down - they are more motivated than ever! Problem is, there is nothing to show them. WE NEED HOUSES! The KV Team is staying busy doing what they can to get them in a house as soon as possible. We just got our buyer a great house on Gladstone. Multiple offers but we got it done.

Even though the holidays may look a little different this year, we still want to celebrate and thank all of those who support the KV Team. On Thursday, December 3rd, as a way to say thank you, we are giving you a free, locally made Christmas wreath. Drive by the office between 10:00am - 3:00pm and we'll meet you at your car.
