PS: If you need one more reason to give today, consider the special giving incentives allowed by the 2020 CARES Act. This year you can take a deduction of up to $300 for cash donations on non-itemized tax returns, and deduct up to 100 percent of your adjusted gross income (increased from 60 percent) when filing an itemized return.
