Thank you for your interest in the Online Support Community - Grief Group, hosted by the Partnership to End Addiction. These free, online meetings are facilitated by specially trained peer Parent Coaches who have also lost children to substance use.  There is clinical oversight for this group.

Please complete this registration to attend meetings.  Once you submit your registration, you will receive a Welcome Email from us.  Then you receive an email the Sunday before the monthly meeting (4th Tuesday from 1-2 ET/10-11 PT) and a reminder an hour before with link to join.  We may also send you periodic emails with information that may be helpful for you. We hope to offer add an evening meeting soon so please go ahead and register now - even if this initial meeting time does not suit your schedule.

What can I expect when I join this meeting?

• Our facilitators are trained parent volunteers who have experienced the loss of their own children to substance use.  They will listen and offer education and resources, but are not professionals in this field. 
• If you need additional support at this time, please consider professional counseling.
• Every grief journey is unique and we hold space in this meeting for participants new on this journey as well as for those who have been on it for a longer period.  We also recognize that grief is experienced in waves after loss and there is no defined timeline for it. 
• This meeting is designed to offer hope and ways to heal as we share our collective wisdom on navigating through life after loss.
• Our focus in the meeting will be on your experiences since the loss of your child.  If you prefer, feel free to just listen.
