Crafting and designing is her escape and self care routine, she loves being able to provide handmade items to brighten your day!

UPDATE --> With recent health updates & precautions announced in our area in regards to COVID, Cedar Wellness will continue our strict protocols for screening, and sanitizing. We will continue to monitor all updates from public health. Please read and understand our protocols, as they must be followed when in-studio. You can find our protocols on our website as well as posted in-studio. A copy of Cedar Wellness safety plan will also be available in-studio.
All of our weekly fitness classes (Excluding Spin) are available live online virtually, on the Zoom app, for the purpose of home fitness!
In-studio classes will also continue, with health & safety precautions.
