A Special Thank You

David, I and the boys often pray thanking God for walking with us through this strange year. Here in Hungary, experiencing partial lock down #2 we are grateful for the strength of the church fellowship, adaptability to learn new things for the sake of spreading the gospel and building His workers up. We wanted to reach out and say THANK YOU for supporting us at great personal cost and praying for us even when you could not support us because you lost your ow income. The fact that we can continue focusing on raising up new generation of Christian workers while Covid keeps shaking things up is a testimony of your love for other nations, who one day will stand with you before the throne of our Great Saviour.

CELEBRATE: BIRTHDAY LAKE RUN: EVAN TURNS 12

All Evan wanted for his birthday was to bike around our local Hungarian lake called Venice with his buddies. Two brave dads, 7 boys, 30 km ride and a mom at the finish line with a birthday cake, sun set on the lake and a flock of friendly swans (which does not happen often). I think I want one of those birthday parties next.

REMEMBER GOD'S GOODNESS: 25 years of faithfulness.

Today the Albanian church CORNERSTONE, which David helped start, celebrated its 25 years anniversary! We are beyond thankful for the believers we discipled in Albania who still remain in the church and shepherd the new believers many of whom wouldn't even know who David Beatty is! Many of you have prayed with us when a group of Albanians got together to learn what a church should be and to start one. Thank God for the fruit we witness today! ABIDE in His Word

This is part of our local church in Hungary. INTERNATIONAL it is. The Bible Study Yulia leads every Tuesday has 9 nationalities: Chinese, Hungarian, Polish, American, Croatian, Indian, Greek, British and Brazilian together digging into the gospel of John. How do we know we are His disciples - by abiding in His Word (John 8).
