 What an unpredictable year its been! Even though the pandemic has taken a toll on almost every aspect of life, I am thankful for the silver lining of allowing us more quality time to spend with our families. 2020 has caused many of us to self-reflect, while adapting to the new normal and finding fresh and different ways to keep our businesses open and profitable. We can’t even begin to express our gratitude to all the frontline workers, who have put everything they have into keeping our city safe and healthy.

The most current market snapshot below shares how NYC has continued to strengthen over these past 5 weeks, as witnessed by the amount of luxury contracts signed...there have been some extraordinary properties selling at exceptional pricing.
Never in my lifetime have people spent so much time in their homes, making where you live even more important than ever before. While 2020 has been difficult in so many ways, it seems like these coming months will present abundant opportunities for buyers, investors and renters to upgrade their home. With interest rates at historical lows and buyer incentives rampant such developers paying 1 - 5 years of monthlies to properties being negotiated up to $3MM at 7% to $5MM and up at 15% and higher has driven the NYC real estate market to increase in demand despite the excess of supply.  Our goal, as always, is to share everything we know about the market to help our clients navigate though these new market trends and make the best decision possible for their real estate needs.
