Introducing Digital Signatures at Good Start Psychology

 

We are pleased to announce that we are introducing digital signature as an option for signing your service agreements and documents with Good Start Psychology. We will be using the program 'Annature' to provide this service.
Signing your documents electronically is very simple.  You will receive your service agreement via email soon after your new NDIS plan is in place, or for new clients, soon after your first appointment.
All you need to do is click on 'Review Documents' and complete the relevant fields. The document will then be sent to us to be signed by Good Start Psychology and we will send you a copy of the completed document.
If you need help signing your digital documents, please feel free to call our friendly admin team and we will be happy to talk you through the process.
Alternatively, for those who would prefer to sign their service agreements in person, we are more than happy to print a hard copy of your agreement to be signed in clinic.
