It's very nearly the most, wonderful time of the year... No, no, not Christmas, the Streatham & Marlborough CC AGM!
Tomorrow, at 7.30pm, we will kick off our first virtual AGM using Zoom technology. To join, simply click this link:

We hope many of you will join us - after all, it is YOUR club and you have the chance to shape it. The new format has forced the following changes to help the meeting run more smoothly:
- If you are interested in standing for a position and/or as captain for one of our XIs, please email the club Secretary in advance.
- All members will be muted upon joining, if you would like to ask a question, please use the chat or "hands up" Zoom function. I think we would all appreciate if contributions are concise.
- Voting will be carried out by using the Zoom polling function. If you would like to submit your vote in advance for club positions or captains, email the club Secretary. Other voting on the night (for example, fees) will involve the presentation of information so we are not accepting advance votes where this detail is not yet known.
- Normally we would present copies of the finance report at the meeting. As this mailing list has a wide circulation, please could members request a copy by e-mail.
- To reinforce our safeguarding policies in line with ECB recommendations, we will require all senior captains to undertake appropriate vetting, including the requirement to maintain a clear DBS Certificate. This will be complimented by a new Senior Captains’ Code of Conduct, a copy of which is below.
