The 2020 harvest went very smoothly. The grapes were picked in the morning coolness between the 13th and 19th of September. Mother Nature outdid herself in quantity and quality of the fruit with respect to 2019, which was the smallest yield since the creation of our Domaine.

Puligny-Montrachet "Corvée des Vignes"

The bottling of our two cuvées of 2018 took place on July 12th 2019. Something new for this millésime -- wanting to unite the fruity qualities of Les Equinces and the mineral notes of La Combe, we decided to create just one unique cuvée "Burgundy Côte d'Or" 2018, with surprising results.
The Burgundy Côte d'Or spent five months in 20% new oak and five months in stainless steel tanks in order to conserve its freshness and fruitiness.
As for the Puligny-Montrachet Village "Corvée des Vignes" Vieilles Vignes, the wine spent nine months in French oak before finishing in stainless steel.
In both cases, these cuvées have each the elegance, balance and expression of their terroir.

More on the 2018 millésime

Our 2019 was bottled this September 21st
|
|
The 2019 millésime was bottled on the eve of autumn, just after our harvest. In addition to our faithful Puligny-Montrachet Village "Corvée des Vignes" Vieilles-Vignes, we are bringing back our two single-parcel wines, the Burgundy Côte d'Or "La Combe" and Burgundy Côte d'Or "Les Equinces". These three cuvées were raised 12 months in French oak and finished in stainless steel.
As a reminder, the 2019 millésime is very limited because of the two successive freezes in April of that year. We will give priority to our regular customers but think to reserve now. And why not order a mixed case with the 2018 which is ready to drink.
