Mental Health Patient Survey

Healthwatch Bromley are seeking the views of  adults (18+) who have accessed mental health services from April 2019 who live in the London Borough of Bromley. The purpose of the survey is to gain an understanding of your views and experiences of accessing mental health support to help improve the health and care services in Bromley for people with mental health issues.

Please click Here if you want more information.

The survey will not take longer than 10-15mins to complete and it is vital to help us support improvement in service provision.

For those who may find it easier to complete this survey on paper, please feel free to email info@healthwatchbromley.co.uk to request an electronic copy.

The Survey closing date 29th January 2021.
