Tell California legislators what California child cares and families need

The state is writing a Masterplan, which will determine the future of the California child care system. Now is your moment to provide input.

You can say something like this:
"Ensure all families can find and afford high-quality care at a setting of their choice, with a schedule that works for them.

Fund the existing high-quality mixed-delivery settings and infrastructure that meet families’ diverse needs and preferences."

 

Election Results

As it currently stands, the California congressional delegation would be 47 Democrats and 7 Republicans. The State Senate would be 29 Democrats and 11 Republicans. The State Assembly would be 61 Democrats and 17 Republicans, and 1 Independent.

We look forward to working with incumbent and newly-elected legislators to stabilize California's child care programs, and build a future child care system that works for all California children.
