Q: We would like hardwood floors throughout the home. Is that possible?
A: Absolutely! Fulton Homes include hardwood floors throughout, except in the baths and laundry. We don't even offer wall to wall carpet!
Q: Does Fulton have natural gas in the neighborhood?
A: Yes! That means no need for propane tanks! All homes come standard with a gas cooktop or range.
Q: I love a metal roof. Is a metal roof an upgrade?
A: Metal roofs are included in the list price! If not already selected, you can pick your color.
Q: What material do you use for the porches, patios and driveways?
A: These surfaces are "tabby", oyster shell and concrete mix. It gives it a coastal vibe, and is easy to clean and maintain, you simply hose it off!
