Project Update - Nov. 19, 2020
We want to let you know that the Brentwood Water and Wastewater Improvements project will not be under construction for the Thanksgiving holiday. You can expect there to be no scheduled work for November 26-29. We will resume construction on November 30.
Currently we are working in Arcadia Dr between Grover and Wild St. We expect this work, testing, and connections of the homes to the new main to take place over the month of December. We expect to be finished with the water utility services along Arcadia by mid-January 2021. There will be intermittent construction in various places along Arcadia to make additional water tie-ins along the main. We plan to repair curbs and sidewalks in late Spring 2021.
We are also currently constructing a wastewater line in Arroyo Seco between Brentwood Dr and Ruth Ave. We expect this work to be completed before Thanksgiving.
We will then move to Brentwood to finish the wastewater services and water main between Arroyo Seco and Woodrow Ave. We expect this work to take approximately 3 weeks. We plan to repair curbs and sidewalks in late Spring 2021.
Construction schedules can change. We will notify you if there are any major deviations from the schedule as stated above.
