It's time to go CHRISTMAS shopping for STCH!

Danbury Baptist Church will be providing Christmas gifts for the mothers and the children in all 3 of the cottages in the STCH “Homes for Families” program. We will deliver the gifts to STCH on Monday, December 14th so please have all gifts and commissary items to the church no later than Sunday, December 13th.

If you are interested in participating in this please take a tag from the tree and see Stephanie after service to get the child or mother’s information and detailed instructions.

We will also be collecting items for the commissary at STCH. The commissary is available to the families in the STCH programs, allowing them to shop at no charge for their grocery needs. There is a needs list that is provided under the tree, and there will be a box below to put these collected items in. We will deliver these items when we deliver the gifts in December. Please see Stephanie with any questions.

RE: COVID/FLU/COLD/TUMMY BUG/SORE-THROAT/ILLNESS ETC.
  • If you are sick stay home.
  • If you are caring for someone who is sick, stay home, and continue to care for them. It is also reasonable to assume, you have been exposed to their sickness but not definite.
  • If you are sick and need to go to the Dr, then go, and follow their recommendations.
  • When in doubt, think of others and stay home.
  • Wash your hands.
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes.
  • Stay out of each other's faces (and don't eat/drink after one another).
  • If you have other ailments or causes to be extra careful, then be extra careful.
THANK YOU for being prayerful, considerate, and courageous!
[Titus 2:11-15 ESV] 11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, 12 training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, 13 waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works. 15 Declare these things; exhort and rebuke with all authority. Let no one disregard you.
