Me again...just wanted to pop in and clarify something as I didn't mean to alarm anyone. Apparently, in my last message, I said "I will be closing shop on December 20th".
Well, that part is true, but have no fear, I'll be back in the New Year with all your favorites along with the monthly themed creations. PHEW!!! You can breathe now, Karen!! My newest client who has entertained me with numerous animated notes, sent one today where she asks, 'What do you mean you’re closing up shop on December 20? Is that just until January or for good?" Karen, thank you for bringing this to my attention.
What I should have said in my last note was...I plan on taking a break over the holidays because by that time Dec 20 comes, I'll probably be 'baked' as I have some amazing loyal fans who have been keeping me busy, and I can't thank each of them enough. Well, I guess I can because they'll be reading this message. You know who you are - I thank YOU from the bottom of my heart for your continued support and love for my Fiscotti cookies!

I will dress up the Fiscotti cookies as stocking stuffers as I have a variety of napkin themes and ribbon colors (samples below). They will be available in 3 or 6 pack cookies.
I found a limited supply of mugs seen in picture that can be filled with a 3 pack of Fiscotti or a bag of Bites. They come with various sayings that go hand in hand with some of my Fiscotti cookie names - "Nice, Naughty, Be Merry, Be Jolly". I just couldn't resist!
Bulk cookie orders are available for Fiscotti Fans who want to store some in the freezer just in case visitors come by.

How to order
You have 2 options:
1. You can go directly to Rose's Fiscotti Shop or
2. Fiscotti Fans who have purchased cookies in the past, you know it's as easy as responding to this email, sending me a text, emailing me or giving me a call. I know some of you have visited my online shop and from what I could tell, there was some confusion with the shipping because it is set as a default and for those who are local, they missed the delivery option when trying to check out. If you reach me directly, we can make arrangements for local pickup or delivery. Please be patient as I work out this online glitch, I don't want you to be inconvenienced, so please just reach out to me directly. Thanks!!!
Shipping details:
For the Christmas season - PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, that if you want something shipped to you or a loved one, you will need to give me enough time as Canada Post is going to have delays. I would rather the package get to you sooner than later...just to be safe!
Deadline for ALL LOCAL orders is December 15th
Arrangements will be available for pick up or delivery for Innisfil, Barrie and Bradford area.
Deadline for ALL LOCAL SHIPPING orders is December 10th
Deadline for ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING orders is December 5th or earlier pending on destination.

Fiscotti Ingredients & Storage
|
|
|
Our Fiscotti cookies are homemade and rich in flavor. We only use the freshest ingredients. I do my best to buy local - found the best egg farm nearby. The Fiscotti freeze well as they keep up to 6 months or more.
Ingredients: Our Fiscotti cookies contain wheat (gluten), nuts, seeds, and chocolate. While some biscotti may not contain all of these ingredients, trace amounts of them may be found.
Storage Directions: Store your Fiscotti cookies in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. The Fiscotti cookies are best eaten within 4 weeks, but can be stored in a refrigerator or freezer for up to 3 to 6 months. The cookies don't take long to thaw out, once removed from fridge/freezer, you can bite into it once you dipped it in your coffee/tea).
