A feasibility study is underway to help determine whether to build a new greenhouse that would provide Cordova with fresh fruits and vegetables. The project is a joint venture of the Prince William Sound Economic Development District and the Copper River Watershed Project.

Cordova is currently at ten active cases as of today, Monday, 11/23. 6 positive test results were identified over the weekend. The City Health Alert status has risen to Level 4: Local Outbreak Warning. We are asking the community to exercise extreme caution.
The Medical Response Team, at this time, strongly advises against elective travel. All residents are reminded to do their part to stop the spread in Cordova. The City has a mandatory mask rule when in public. Social distance by staying six feet apart and avoid indoor gatherings.

Ilanka Health Clinic:
- Mondays and Fridays, 2-3 p.m.
- Saturdays, noon – 1 p.m.
Please call ahead to pre-register at 424-3622. Testing entry is downstairs across from the Episcopal Church.
Cordova Community Medical Center:
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9–9:30 a.m.
- Testing is done at the Ambulance Bay.
