I LOVE upwork. You find and hire people to do projects you don't have time to do or aren't good at. I just hired someone to edit my 7 page automation series then hired someone else to lay it all out in MailChimp for me. I also use them for design work when my designer is busy.

This company tracks every single call you get based on your google ads, shows you who called and and which ad they responded to. This really helps us with our google adwords campaigns and allows us to adjust to what is working.

I don't know what I'd do without them. They earn us THOUSANDS of dollars each week by answering every call and getting us the information right away.
