Welcome to week 3 of Coaches Ed. Lockdown Edition. This week we'll be looking at putting together multiple workouts to form a short programme.
You will learn about;
- Using a template for developing a balanced programme.
- How to build variety into your programme
- How we apply some of these practices to Sleven X programming
The task for you to complete this week is based on our Sleven X programme. You'll get the chance to write a weeks worth of Sleven X programming! Feel free to use the blueprint discussed in the slides, but don't forget to add some of your own creative flair. Please complete this ahead of the Zoom catch up next week so we can discuss it as a group. It would be great if you could copy the file and save your programme into the folder with your name, and during our Zoom chat, you will get the chance to talk the group through your week and show off how creative you are. Our next meeting will be next Saturday 28th November at 11am.
