...rarest classics - the MB Boucher patented 1941 metallic enamel Grasshopper - stunning, previously unseen, giant MB Boucher Bow Swirl flower, in citrine and peridot, also from 1941 - Dujay Enamel and Pearls Lily of the Valley, with 1939 Vogue advert, this pin perhaps (though not necessarily) dating from 1942, from use of sterling - Trifari Empress Eugenie, 1940 patented square swirl pin, only here once before, as a necklace variant - with a superb Bergdorf advert showing another pin clip version of the design...
   
...never seen, totally unsuspected - Trifari gold scrolls and chains bracelet, with table cut amethysts, late 30s or early 40s, from a rare and so far unknown series - spectacular Pennino Tree, with aqua glass petals, marked Pat Pend, no patent, but clearly related to the 1940 patented pearl Apple Tree, never seen before - KTF Trifari mid 1930s pave and invisibly set rubies openwork dress clip, previously unseen - giant pave and enamel Ostrich pin, unsigned but obviously Coro, and again, first time here...
   
...fantastic fashion jewelry - Mitchel Maer, pave and baguettes diamante choker necklace, matching Trifari's 'Vanity' Fair series, the bracelet from which is here (with new, clearer print of the 1956 Harper's Bazaar advert) - Hattie Carnegie 'Jeweled Smoke' black diamonds choker, seen in 'Jewels of Fantasy', recently dated 1955 (by us), with advert - Trifari 'Floraleaf' pin clip, heart shaped moonstone fruit salads leaf pin clip, shown in lavish full page 1948 Vogue colour (another new, clearer advert print)...
   
...and fascinating MB Boucher - 1940 fuchsia pin, from the pave and baguettes series that year, including cyclamens and praying mantises; 1941 sapphire and aqua chatons floral spray with bow pin clip; 1946 sterling atomic bomb explosion pin and earrings - plus one of the earliest Coro design patents, a duette from 1937, pave and onyx bow dress clips, or single duette pin...
