Movers,

What to say, in the stormy cross-wash of pandemic surges and shifts? In the jumble of judgement calls and unknowns of this layered crisis we're in?  

What I'm feeling now is small and solid and fits in my two hands.

In my left I feel the many who are losing their lives, their loved ones, friends and colleagues, their health, and their security of income, shelter, and nourishment of physical and non-physical kinds.

In my right I feel the direction that is available to us: onward. Adjusting and readjusting. In action and equally in non-action. Onward, between wise, compassionate rests for our basic wellbeing.

Feeling what's in each hand, I propose we continue online with our established Thursday night rhythm as long as gatherings are on pause, starting  November 26 and December 3.

If you've participated in Thursday evenings, or you've been contemplating coming out, I invite you to join me online for the medicine of some continuity, presence, and mutual support. From May to November I've learned a lot about creating an online space that can truly serve us as individuals and a community. I'd love to see you there.

Our digital dance will reflect our in-person classes: teacher-supported practice that asks you to enter awareness in free movement.  No dance or meditation experience required. I'll offer a zone of attention and presence using the 5Rhythms People of all genders, cultures/backgrounds/religions, life stages, states of health and (dis)ability, and sizes are lovingly welcome.
ARRIVAL & WARMUP TIME 6:45 - 7 p.m. 
PRACTICE WAVE 7:10 - 8 p.m.
OPTIONAL SHARING &/or SILENT MEDITATION 8 - 8:15 p.m.

Also, I want to make sure you know that I offer individual sessions  - online and in person - to people interested in exploring whatever wants attention at this time.  Through dance and embodied investigation, conversation, and co-meditation, I can support you to  tap into your own growth and relaxation into life. Through years of applied anatomy in fitness training, therapeutic yoga teaching, and 5Rhythms, I have sensitized experience and comfort with helping people to connect within, and also to work with pain, illness and physical function issues.
