Thanksgiving Practice
Brandon has prepared an extra-special practice for us this week. For this practice, you'll pick a Thanksgiving meal and swim what you eat! Your meal consists of 1 vegetable, 1 main dish, 1 side dish, and 1 dessert. Feel free to substitute a vegetable for a side dish (or vise versa). Once you're picked your meal, count up your "calories" (yards) to see how big of a set you have.
- Do the warm up. It's a general warmup for everyone.

- Pick your main dish set. There are three options to choose from!
- Pick your side dish set. There are two to choose from!
- Pick your dessert set. There are two delicious options!
