Prayer Request Corner

Members and other things to remember this week include:

1. As the infection and death rate from Covid increases, may our prayers for all touched by this plague increase too. Currently, Jim and Rosie Brassard have a family member’s household of 6 with one person testing positive and more exhibiting symptoms.

2. It has been suggested that we have a 24 hour prayer vigil for the healing of our nation. Please keep the issues of our nation in prayer and ask God where you might fit in a church prayer vigil. More details soon.

3. Family members battling with cancer include Char Wheeler's sister-in-law, Michele Williams' brother-in-law with Glioblastoma, Lea Olafsson’s brother-in-law and Kerri’s brother Tony just to name a few.

4. We still do not have a lot of details on the passing of Rainer Pohan, but we are remembering Rose as she faces this loss. So many families are missing a loved one this Christmas. May God comfort each household.

5. Valerie Stevens is asking for prayer for her back and also prayer for a family member.

6. May God bless families in unexpected ways this Christmas season and may we find new ways to reach out to friends and loved ones while staying safe.

- SABBATH SCHOOL: Sabbath School expenses are down and in need of a boost since we haven't been handing around the expense envelope. Please remember to add Sabbath School Expenses to your tithe envelope or drop an offering in the container provided by your Adult Sabbath School teacher.

- END OF YEAR CONTRIBUTIONS & RECEIPTS: Before we know it we’ll be entering a new year. If you will be making any final contributions that you want shown on your 2020 year-end receipt, be sure they are turned in or post-marked by the end of this year. Also, because all year-end receipts will need to be mailed, please make sure the church has your current mailing address. Contact Lorraine Conner if you have any questions.

- EXTRA ADULT QUARTERLIES: If you are involved in Prison Ministries or in an outreach program that could use out-of-date Adult Sabbath School Quarterlies we have some available. Contact Judy Iversen if interested in acquiring some from this quarter.

- ADVENTIST COMMUNITY SERVICES OFFERING: Your offering this Sabbath will allow Adventist Community Services to continue assisting people with their physical, social, mental, and spiritual needs. To learn more or donate, go to communityservices.org.
