BRESKY LAW OBTAINS REVERSAL OF ORDER IN MARITAL SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

Bresky Law attorneys recently obtained reversal of a trial court order denying a husband’s motion to set aside a purported oral settlement agreement in a dissolution of marriage proceeding. Bresky Law recently obtained affirmance of a trial court’s alimony and fee awards in favor of our client in a final judgment of dissolution of marriage. The firm also prevailed on the client’s cross-appeal of the trial court’s child support ruling.

BRESKY LAW WELCOMES A NEW FACE TO THE FIRM

We are thrilled that Jennifer (Fox) Delgado has joined the firm as an associate. Jennifer handles both appellate cases and estate planning and probate legal work for our clients. She earned her law degree at Western Michigan University and an LL.M. in Estate Planning from the University of Miami and is a member of both the Florida and Michigan bars.

DANCE FLOOR BATTLE RAISES MONEY FOR SCHOLARSHIPS

Thank you to all who supported Robin Bresky as a community dancer in this year’s Ballroom Battle which aired on WPTV-TV. Because of your generosity, she raised nearly $100,000 for the George Snow Scholarship Fund, contributing to a total amount of nearly $900,000 for the charitable organization that helps fund college scholarships for high school students.
