The Office of Environment and Energy (OEE) is hosting a webinar to inform responsible entities and program recipients on environmental review requirements and procedures for HUD-assisted projects during the COVID-19 emergency.

Training Objectives

Participants will learn:

  • How to apply Notice CPD-20-07 to determine the appropriate level of review for COVID-19 projects
  • How to comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act for COVID-19 projects
  • About temporary public notice and comment procedures during the public health emergency

Who Should Attend?

This webinar is intended for program recipients, responsible entities, and others involved in the preparation and approval of environmental reviews for HUD-assisted projects.
