Tia Ezell has joined Friends as our new Community Engagement Coordinator! She'll put her customer service experience and passions for community to great use fostering Friends' relationships with community members and partners. Tia previously worked at Wolverine Worldwide, and is a member of the Transformational Leadership Cohort at Urban Core Collective and a recent graduate of SpringGR.
When she's not working for Friends, you can find her working with her three daughters on their growing candle business! We are so glad she's joined the team, and can't wait for you to get to know her.
This great addition comes as our former Community Engagement Coordinator, Abigail, pursue san amazing opportunity with a growing non-profit consulting agency. While she will no longer be on staff, Abigail is still an involved Neighborhood Forester and advocate for GR people, parks and trees. We know she will do great things!
