In-Person Activities are Back On!!!

Give BACK: SHARE to show you CARE

Service is an integral part of 4-H. We love our communities and want to give BACK by SHARING to show how much we CARE. Which project are you helping with? Not sure. Give our office a call and we'll help find a good fit for you.

This is a great opportunity to be able to add to the service section of your portfolio!!

EMT Stuffed Animal SHARE: This project is being led by Teen Council member Shelby Sorenson and the Sevier Livestock club leader Mike Larsen. You guys rock!!
Imagine how scary it is for children when they are involved in an accident that requires EMT personnel. They have little idea of what is happening around them, but a stuffed animal can bring comfort to this stressful situation and help them know that the EMT is their friend. Let's help our local EMTs stock their ambulances!! Place a new or gently used stuffed animal under our office Christmas tree or to a 4-H staff member by December 12th and we'll get it sanitized and delivered. 250 N Main B04 Richfield.
You can also drop off at 690 S 530 E in Monroe. (bin on the porch).

Sevier County BACKpack Club: Little Sugar Bean club leader Christine Pinder told us about this wonderful charity. Teen Council members will be at Barretts, GGs and Walmart this Saturday from 12-4pm to gather donations in person. Thank you!!!
Each week 53-65 children in Sevier County go home not knowing if they will have food during the weekend. So, each week this charity discreetly gives them a backpack of food before they go home from school on Friday. You can help by donating any of the following food items:
  • Instant oatmeal packs
  • Granola bars
  • Chicken pouches/tuna pouches
  • Fruit Cups
  • Apple Sauce
  • Chef Boyardee microwavable
  • Fruit Snacks
  • Any snack item
  • Campbell Soup cans (microwavable)
  • Tuna Salad pouches
  • Boxes with crackers
  • Fruit Pouches/applesauce pouches
  • Pop tarts
  • Cracker/PB
  • PB Crustables sandwiches
Deliver to :
  • Extension Office, 250 N Main B04 Richfield
  • American National Insurance, 175 N Main Richfield
  • Venmo: @shalane-stubbs (Appreciated, but not as helpful as delivering food)
  • Drop off at Barretts, GGs or Walmart on December 12th, noon- 4pm
CARE Center Cards and Caroling:  A huge thank you to Teen Council, Youth City Council, MOJO Club, and Red Rock Wranglers for creating cards and delivering joy to our local care centers.
109 of Sevier County's citizens reside in our five care centers. Let's make sure they know they are remembered by delivering cards and caroling outside their windows. Club leaders will be heading up this effort with their club members. If you're not a part of a club and want to get involved, sign up for Give BACK: SHARE to Show you Care in Zsuite for a staff member to contact you and come make a card or two on December 9th in our conference room. Caroling will be happening on December 11th and 12th. Club leaders will contact you about the time.
