December Special Offer - A Vertical of Dineen Cabernet
We were grateful for all the love that poured forth for our 2015 Ciel Syrah during last month's offering. We are happy to say we have retired the remaining bottles to our wine library. This month's Special Offer is a tribute to the dominant wine of Bordeaux, Cabernet Sauvignon. As we said in our video above, we think you will appreciate how well this vertical represents the Cabernet from Dineen and how much each vintage shows similar character from this vineyard and particularly, Catherine's Block. Tasting at the Winery (Reservations Required) 
Above: 2020 barrels are open and winemaking is in progress on November 18th; topped, inoculated with ML, and stirred. 

We'd like you to join us in tasting to celebrate the holiday season on Saturday, December 19, from 1:00 - 5:00 pm (depends on pandemic protocol) Reservations are required. We have reservations on the hour between 1:00 and 4:00. This gives us the opportunity to reserve 4 spots/hour 5 persons max each spot. Please email now if you are interested.

During a recent conversation with Rob Rector, the owner of Experi, our travel company on Bainbridge Island, we discussed plans to slide our trip from May to the 1st half of July. We think this will give all of us a chance to feel better about traveling to France. We will be contacting those of you who have expressed interest to see if the slide is better for your schedule. We will need to miss our side trip to the French Open Tennis in Paris, but this may give us a chance for other side trip options.

All other intrepid travelers who might see this slide as an advantage to your joining us, please let us know ASAP so we can get rooms reserved. There is a whole bunch of pent up travel enthusiasm out there just ready to let loose and Experi would like to solidify our schedule and reservations.
