A Message from
Mayor Wilson

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, many of you have had to shift where and how you do work. One shift in particular is how much we now rely on collaboration tools such as WebEx Teams and WebEx Meetings to continue the critical work to provide services to SLCo resident. As a friendly reminder, WebEx can be subject to GRAMA. Please be sure to follow your agency’s retention schedule, just as you would for any other form of communication. Also be aware that WebEx is also not a long-term document management solution and content/files will disappear two years from their creation date. I encourage you to learn more with this WebEx, GRAMA, & Document Management Guide
