SVdP GEORGIA ADOPTS A FAMILY!
This holiday season, SVdP Georgia staff participated in the Christmas Connections Program with Catholic Charities Atlanta. With the help of all SVdP Georgia staff, we were able to adopt a family of six for Christmas this year. The team shopped and wrapped Christmas presents for each family member in need this season.
Because of the generous donations toward the Christmas Connection Program,nearly 3,600 individuals will wake up on Christmas morning with gifts and shared blessings under their trees.

SVdP GEORGIA COMMUNITY PHARMACY COMING THIS WINTER!
The New SVdP Georgia Community Pharmacy will be opening in Chamblee, GA, serving patients ages 18-64 statewide who cannot afford their medications this winter!

Telling your tough life story is never easy. No one wants the world to see them at their lowest. But once you have been inspired by someone else’s great story, you realize your story may help inspire others too.
At 42 years old, I was college-educated, employed at $22 per hour, and homeless. I would have never imagined that this would be my life. I paid my bills, I took good care of my children, I always gave to charity. I’m not on drugs, I don’t engage in criminal activity, so "how did I get here," was my daily question. What did I do to end up living in an extended stay motel with my two children?
