Final Online Weekly of the Year: Skribblio

For our last online weekly activity of this horrible year, we will be hosting a casual night of holiday-themed Skribblio for all of us exhausted after the semester to wind down! Best of luck to everyone in finals! For more information and updates about these games and how to join them, check out our Discord's #announcements channel or our Facebook group and join the events role! We host our weekly online activities via Discord every Friday from 5:30 PM onwards.

UBCAni x PRINT collab final workshop: Christmas Ornaments and Crafts!

For our fourth and final installment of the Gekkan Crafts Tano-kun, PRINT Arts and Crafts and UBC Anime Club are hosting a Christmas ornament making on Saturday, December 5th, 2020 at 6pm. Curious to see what kinds of ornaments we'll be making? Watch this video we'll be using as a loose guide for more information! Remember to check out and RSVP at the Facebook event here.

Materials needed:

Clear plastic ornament such as this one from Michaels (available to order online!)
Any of the following to put inside: clay, paint, glitter, origami paper

We are also holding an art contest and are taking submissions. The contest will close on January 4th, 2021. We will be open for submissions soon™️. Start thinking about what to submit, if you haven't already! There are 4 categories you can enter into:

Best Application of Workshop Techniques

We have awesome prizes up for grabs for each category such as a Huion drawing tablet, an 80 piece marker set, a Demon Slayer print from the Ufotable cafe in Japan and finally, an Asuka Langely from Evangelion figure. Happy crafting!
