Walking makes a difference! Get out and walk! Even a little gives you back a lot of health benefits. Dr. Josh Axe created the infographic with more information.
Starting October 1, we will be open a bit more: 10:30am-12:30pm and 3:00pm-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. So that will give you some time during your lunch hour and right after school.
