Important Changes...

We hope everybody had a wonderful and restful Fall Break. It is good to focus on those things in our life for which we can be grateful, especially in times of turmoil.

This week we made some an important change that we want to make you all aware of. We eliminated our Dean of Students position and created a second Assistant Director position. Our former Dean, Ms. Kloos, will now become our Assistant Director of grades 4-8 while Mrs. Henderson will be the Assistant Director of grades K-3. We hope that this change will allow us to be more responsive to the needs of students and teachers and help further improve the school.

Staying Healthy

With the recent surge in COVID cases in Nevada, we are grateful that we postponed the return of additional students till the new year. That said, it is still important that those who are currently attending school be diligent in following all health and safety protocols. Most families have been extremely diligent in doing so and we appreciate their proactive approach to avoid potentially bringing illness to school. If your student is feeling ill, running a fever, has diarrhea, is having trouble breathing, or exhibiting any of the other symptoms of COVID, please keep them home. Communicate with the teacher what is going on, get a link to an online class and play it safe. As we work together we can avoid disruptive quarantines or worse.

We have received a new shipment of Spirit Shirts at the school that are now available for $10 each. They are available at the front desk in both youth and adult sizes.
