New Role
for Vice Ecclesiastical Assistant

Last month, the new document on the role and profile of the Ecclesiastical Assistant in CLC was presented. It is the fruit of much prayer, dialogue and discernment between the CLC World Executive Council and Father Arturo Sosa SJ, World Ecclesiastical Assistant of CLC and Superior General of the Society of Jesus.

We invite everyone to welcome, pray, join in the reflection and be creative in the implementation, so that we can continue to grow, mature and consolidate as a lay, Ignatian and apostolic world community.

Please join us for a webinar and discussion of the Graced History of Christian Life Community. Marie Schimelfening will use her own long CLC experience and the framework of key CLC World Assemblies to share how the Holy Spirit has shaped CLC since our (re)founding. World CLC's call to become one apostolic body grounded in Ignatian Spirituality and called to communally Discern, Send, Support and Evaluate emerged from a long dialog and discernment within the world community. Join us to explore that graced history and how it has shaped CLC in the USA.

This webinar is open to all CLC members and also may be very helpful to people in pre-CLC and for those who have decided to affiliate with CLC but have not yet made a temporary commitment. The webinar will give a perspective of World CLC, and a perspective of how our CLC in the USA history has been shaped by the dialog and discernment of the world community.
