KH survey request regarding the COVID vaccine

According to the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH), the COVID-19 vaccine will become available to healthcare workers shortly. Once available, Kaleida Health will be following very specific state guidance on the administration of the vaccine.

In anticipation of administering the vaccine, Kaleida Health’s leadership team would like to measure the interest and potential acceptance by Kaleida Health employees, providers and residents.

Please take a moment to answer the brief survey. This voluntary survey is completely anonymous. Summarized data will be presented in aggregate form only, as there are no individual identifiers recorded or reported.

Support Groups

UB Employee Assistance Program offers several support group options for individuals with a variety of needs and interests. Meet times are often during the day – GME encourages program directors, chief residents, and colleagues to support residents and fellows attendance in these groups whenever needed.

Parenting Support Group (UB EAP)
In this group parents will meet and discuss issues related to parenting during these difficult times. Members will exchange ideas and coping strategies, success stories and insights, encouraging words and practical advice. This group will meet virtually on the third Tuesday of each month from 12-1pm. If interested, or for more information, contact Neil McGillicuddy (716-645-4458; nm23@buffalo.edu).

Chronic Illness Support Group (UB EAP)
For anyone who has been diagnosed with, in treatment for, or living with a chronic illness. Members exchange coping strategies and help each other through encouraging words and success stories. For more information, or to join this group, please contact Susan Bagdasarian at 716-645-8167, or sb14@buffalo.edu
