We're Getting Ready
We haven't lit the fire here in the visitors center at Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park just yet. But we are gathering voices from around Redwood National and State Parks, storytellers are preparing their parts and we've captured video of the trails lined in luminaria just as dusk closes in on the redwood forest. We hope you enjoy the online experience of the 31st Annual Candlelight Walk in the Redwoods!

What do I do if I have questions? Email us at rpc@redwoodparks.org Steve or David will help you. When? Saturday December 5, 2020 6:00 p.m. PST How long is the event? About an hour Will there be a recorded version? Yes, a link will be sent to all participants after the live event is complete. The recording will be ready in about a day after the live event. How to Watch: Use the link in this email to register for your viewing link. You will need to answer a couple of quick questions and then the webinar link will be sent by Zoom. What can we watch with/on? You can watch on a computer/laptop or smart phone. If you have a newer TV or a device like a ROKU, Apple TV or Chromecast. we recommend broadcasting it to a TV. There is an easy tutorial HERE. When do we get the sticker? We will mail you the commemorative Candlelight Walk sticker by Dan Cosgrove soon, we are waiting on delivery from the printer. Due to massive demand we are on our second printing. What about posters? Posters will be available, but they are being printed professionally and will not be ready by the event. A link for purchase will be sent to you as soon as they are available. What else can I do to Support Redwood Parks? Take part in the Candlelight Walk Auction on Facebook. Our Candlelight Walk Auction begins December 5th on Facebook and runs until December 12th. Bid for everything from local gift certificates to packages full of Redwood National and State Parks gear. Auction Begins December 5th.
